Ashton

Ashton Eddolls has over 20 years’ experience in financial services and has worked for a variety of firms in the industry, since the last century. Over this time, he's taken more FCA exams than he cares to admit and seen the inner workings of some the largest providers and advice firms.

As a result, Ashton became increasingly surprised at the level of hidden charges made by so many of them. It's become something of a personal mission of his to offer the highest level of service to all his clients, regardless of their financial situation and without any hidden charges or tiered cost and service levels.

Ashton enjoys cycling and is a keen Rugby fan in his spare time.

Dominic

Dominic, has over 20 years’ experience working in a variety of marketing roles across financial services, insurance, Pay TV and manufacturing. This has allowed him to experience a wide variety of environments and leadership challenges, and to develop solutions to meet the targets set by each business he has been a part of.

As a result of this and the rapid expansion seen by Berkshire IFA Limited, Ashton was keen for Dominic to join, with a remit focused on setting up the marketing / client acquisition, HR and IT functions, so that Ashton had more time to focus on the most important aspect of the business, our clients.

Outside of work Dominic has a wife and a young son, and loves everything to do with Rugby, cars and mountain bikes.

Mark Kitching

Mark is a career Paraplanner, having worked in Financial Services for over 20 years. He has worked for a number of Financial Advisers in this time and has built up a wealth of experience across the industry in both Administration and Paraplanner roles. Currently studying towards Diploma status, Mark is keen to continue developing and improving his knowledge. Mark prides himself on his attention to detail and ability to adapt to changing situations.

Mark discovered quickly that he is in the minority at Berkshire IFA, as he is an avid football fan and a lifelong Arsenal supporter. His other interests include IT. Mark served in an unofficial and unpaid IT support capacity for his friends and family for a number of years. He is also a self-confessed James Bond, Sci-fi and Indiana Jones nut. Mark also enjoys spending time with his wife and their two boys, going for long walks and bikes rides while exploring their local parks and woodlands.

Lynsey Brar

Lynsey entered the financial services industry in 2016 as a Trainee Administrator and within 18 months became the Team Leader, leading staff of much greater experience. Her success has come from always aiming to excel at everything she does, and her continual focus on encouraging and motivating her team and colleagues to do the same.

Lynsey has previous experience working in a national financial planning business, where she always strived to make sure the clients received a personal service. Lynsey has brought this focus on delivering a great client experience to Berkshire IFA and has already helped the business to grow.

On a more personal level she enjoys travelling abroad but more recently – staycations – and loves socialising and baking, preferably socialising over baked goods!

Kelly Hunt

Kelly has a wealth of experience in the Financial services industry. With over 20 years’ experience as an Administrator she has focused her career on the Advice area. During this time she has worked for some large firms in this sector providing specialist knowledge in Pensions, Investments and Life Insurance. As a result Kelly has developed an admirable focus on ensuring that she provides the best possible clients experience – all with the occasional joke and a smile!

On a personal level Kelly enjoys holidaying in her American RV motorhome and riding her motorcycle during the fair-weather season. Kelly is also a singer and lyricist, miniature model maker and DIY expert when the time allows.

Simon Grace

Simon has over 20 years in financial services predominantly gained with in the financial services industry, particularly pensions administration. Most recently has worked as a quality checker on pension suitability reports, investment reports, and PPI review projects. Initially joining Berkshire IFA as an Administrator, Simon brings a wealth of knowledge to the business and is continuing his career journey, by studying towards becoming a fully CII Diploma qualified Paraplanner.

Outside of work, when he isn’t acting as taxi-driver to his 2 young sons, Simon will try and free up time to throw some paint at a canvas in the hope it will resemble ‘art’.
